Poo.

Okay, all of y'all who are Okies know what I am talking about. It's hotter than a red assed bee outside for months. So everyone whines and complains for it to cool off and then it finally does and we all want it to be warm again! Such is life. ;) But c'mon can you blame us? It is FREEZING outside today! And last night it was raining and freezing. I love the cold don't get me wrong, but the way it happens in Oklahoma is, it is hotter than hell outside one day, then the next it is freezing all in a days time! THEN you have to play the game of, it is -10 degrees in the morning and 120 degrees in the afternoon and then back to -10 degrees at night! UGH! Okay, so it isn't that drastic but almost. ;D

So last night I had to break out the "winter" coats for the babies because it was seriously that cold outside. Here is a photo:

I love their little jackets! I got them on sale at JCPenny for like, 15 bucks a piece or something-awesome deal. :)

Well, anyway I am off to go play with the youngins. I really do like weather like this, it is nice to sit in the house and drink hot chocolate and relax. :P I was just making fun of us Okies with my previous statements. :D And one last thing, even though the Steelers lost I still have hopes for us to go to the Superbowl...please? ;)

Riiight.

Okay! So I walked into the babies room this morning, and they are both rolling over now right? So I hear them cooing and whatnot, but I walk in and they had both rolled over, they were staring at each other and they were talking to each other! It was so cute. I am super excited that they are taking more and more notice in each other. :)

So my mom and some friend's went to Gert's last nigh to have a drink or two. AND for the first time ever I left the girls' with someone other than family that they didn't know...and I asked the girl I left them with to honestly tell me how they were and she said they were great! :D She was great with them as well, so that makes me smile. :D <~see. ;) New babysitter oh yes! And man, did Oklahoma State pull off that win yesterday or what? I don't think the game was televised...anywhere, but there is always the radio! Anyway, we kicked a field goal with two seconds left in the game to take the win. What a relief! :) ::does the happy dance:: Go Pokes!

Anyway, I am off to feed the girls. :)

Oklahoma State in the top ten?

Okay, so I always want OU to lose...they are my least favorite team, for many reasons, and NO not because they are a good football team. Anywho, I was hoping for them to lose today, and I am not sure of the current score, all I know is the last time I checked it was 7 to 7 end of the third and OU was struggling. However, I started to ponder some things, we play Kansas State this evening who is ranked [on the AP polls which really don't matter, the BCS is the ultimate say-so], but we play three ranked teams in a row, a non ranked team [can't remember who] and then our last game is OU. If OU stays ranked highly and we beat them, then we have a shot at not maybe the top ten but the top fifteen, and then a shot at the Big 12. It would be like, the first time in history for us! Ha! :] Not to mention if Florida beats Kentucky, etc., etc., we'll have a better chance anyway if the teams in the top ten and fifteen are taken out one by one. :D So lets go OU! Lord I never thought I'd say that. :P How sad though, to be ranked highly for the first time in history your last game of the season. Irony...it's a bitch.

Video Diaries?

I think I might do some video diaries! I can't sleep and it is just a thought. :D You know, instead of writing in entries, do them on video? :] Yes, I am going to! It may take a while, but mark my words, I will do it. :D

Okay, I am off to bed.

Joy!

Okay, so I lost one of my favorite earrings about a month ago, and I had been looking for it everywhere! Essentially, I gave up any hopes of finding it after a month went by to no avail, HOWEVER, my husband called me while I was at Wal-Mart today [had to get the girls' formula, fun] to ask me if I lost an earring. I said, "Yes, why?" He says, "Well, honey there is an earring jammed in the printer." I say, "Oh my gosh is it one of my hoops with the wooden beads, etc., etc.?!" I guess he wanted to hear me ask how it got there or whatever but honestly, I wasn't worried about how it got there, I was just super excited to get the damn earring back! So, it was my "lost" earring afterall. :D My day is just going awesomely today! Woo-hoo!

Come to think of it though, how does an earring get jammed in a printer?

Transformers.

So, I am a huge movie buff. I bought Transformers today [so exciting!!]. :] I seriously love that movie. :] Definitely one of my favorites. It has got to be one the best movies to date. Anyone who hasn't seen it, go buy it...now!! I didn't want to see it at first, I remember Danny and I were in the movies, I can't remember what movie it was now that we were watching, but the preview for Transformers came on, and I had no clue what he was talking about, or even what Transformers were, so I shrugged it off, and I didn't really want to go see it, but when it came out I went along with him to go ahead and see it. but I was very surprised at how much I became addicted to it! And I must say, Shia Labeouf grew up to be pretty fricking cute. :] But it is a must see. :]

Zee girls. :D

Oh my gosh that babies are so funny. Cheyenne has been rolling over consistently for about a week now, and today Callie started rolling over consistently. :] How exciting right!? But anyway, Cheyenne is so hilarious, to move around the room she rolls around it, lmao. I will put her on the floor, and then the next minute, I look down and she is rolling across the room. Too freaking funny and cute. :] I love those little girls! They can always bring a smile to my face, well, anyone's face for that matter! ;D

Staying with my madre!

Okay, so I am staying with my mom this weekend, well actually since Thursday morning, but anyway. I hate when you stay with other people because of course I forget everything I need...and my mom uses totally different things than me. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair products, hair utensils, etc. :P I know if I bring all of my stuff over, I'll forget it...so I tend to try and avoid it at all costs. I hate taking showers at other people's houses. I know I used to live here, but like I said, it is completely different now. Not that I am uncomfortable taking one at her house, that isn't the case what-so-ever...it is just I need water pressure, and at her house it isn't so great. Boo. And of course I forget Nursery water and I was using bottled water until I found a gallon in the back of the truck.

Hopefully my day gets better. Danny and I got in n argument, but of course it is better now. :] I am spoiled sometimes, ha!

I am taking the babies to the Oktoberfest. :] I think it'll be fun! I have them wearing their Halloween outfits my mom bought them from Wal-Mart. Not to sound conceited, but usually Wal-Mart doesn't have cute baby clothes. You find them every once in a while, but Carter's has a line they sell at Wal-Mart, and sometimes it is cute. :] And my mom found them these Halloween outfits that are really cute [to me]. So I will put pictures up!

I know I need to start separating my posts by subject instead of jamming all the day's events into one, but I can't help it!! I am trying to buy a domain, but all the names I am thinking of are taken. :P I am not creative, ha! But I know a name will come to me. :]

Alright, I am going to go get ready. :] Everyone have a good night!

It's Britney...bitch.

So, I have been watching this whole Britney Spears thing with the custody battle for her kids. And honestly, I have to admit, I kind of feel sorry for her. She brought this on herself though. Look chica, you had everything in the world [and more] going for you, and you screw it up. ::sigh:: it makes me wonder about people sometimes. Why would you screw a career like that up? Regardless of all the "crap" that went on while she was "on top of the world" [the lip syncing, etc.], she was still one of the biggest selling female artists...ever. Anyway, back to the topic at hand...how the hell did someone like "K-Fed" get custody of two children? As the headlines said today, "You have to be a pretty bad parent when "K-Fed" gets custody of your kids." Which I agree with...anyway! This would not have been an issue if Keven Federline [sp] never decided to battle for custody. And it makes me wonder...a lot of children end up with [what I consider] the wrong parent because a lot of fathers won't fight for custody. And then it makes me wonder, what if more fathers actually tried to get custody of their kids? You see all of these women try to screw the father over...they pull all the stops to "make his life hell" when the only life they are making "hell" is the child's. Anyway, I know I beat a dead horse with this stuff, but society really bugs me sometimes. But what if the tables were turned? What if a judge saw through the mother's bullshit and sided with the man for a change because the man was actually being a man and taking a stand? Maybe things in the future will take a different turn? I sure hope so.

Anyway, I am off to bed. Danny is out of town for a few days and I am staying with my mom, I hate being home alone for too long. I used to live here [at my mums], but I can't sleep for some reason. :P It isn't "home" anymore. :D Makes sense huh!? ;]

Will it cool off already!?

Okay y'all, I know it is Oklahoma, but it is freaking hot for the middle of October! How frustrating is it, that the girls cannot yet wear any of their "cute" 3/6 moth clothes because it is not yet cold enough for them? Hmph. :[ They have these adorable Halloween onsies from OLD NAVY that haven't even been touched yet. They might wear them tonight when we go out to eat since it is cooler in the evenings. But man, how annoying.

Oh and as for them wearing the outfits tonight, they are Halloween outfits so they are not typically girly...they are black and orange [go figure. ;]], and I cannot find their headbands for less dressy clothes anywhere! Frustrating indeed. To me, if you put headbands on that are just far more dressy than the outfit, it looks kind of trashy. Just my opinion though.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a good evening! :]

So...

I lose a lot of hair on a daily basis. Before I was pregnant, it was really bad...when I was pregnant it didn't happen at all, and now it is happening again!! :[ I lose a ton of hair when I wash it. And it is all completely normal [trust me I Google the heck out of stuff]...however I hate the fact that when I wash my hair so much of it comes out out. So, I starting thinking...and I thought maybe it is the shampoo I am using. If you have sensitive skin especially, harsh products tend to irritate it. I use Voctoria's Secret Love Spell Shampoo and Conditioner, I always have. So there is obviously tons of alcohol in it. So I tried using baby shampoo...and voilah! I lose about 9/10 less hair in the shower now! The drain is free of loose strands!! I still use my normal conditioner though. So, I am not sure if I am the only girl who has...HAD this problem!!...but hey, if you suffer from it, try switching shampoos, it worked really well for me. :]

The waiting game. :P

So, my husband and I...well, more like my husband, are waiting for an extrememly important piece of documentation to come in! I will tell you more about it when it actually happens, don't want to jinx it. :D And the waiting period...urgh, how annoying? Why can't these processes just happen quickly?

Anyway, Nothing new has really happened. I found a very old photo from 5th grade!!! It had everyone's names on it, so I looked and see if anyone had a myspace! And some of them did, it was so funny to see people I remember from gosh, over ten years ago! It is really amazing how much people change. :D I remember I was this little dorky skinny kid with glasses! And now look at me! ;]

It is also funny to me, that myspace can now be a tool for searching for those people from your past. Ha! I bet Tom never thought that would happen. :]

Anyway, all my teams lost this weekend, except my Steelers. :] Thanks y'all, you have restored my hope. :] I think I am the only girl who likes football as much as me. Does that make sense? Oh well! Except for my sister, she likes it just as much. When we get together during a football game, it is madness! In fact, that one commercial [which happens to be one of the funniest commercials I have ever seen], the Reebok commercial for women's NFL apparrel...oh my gosh how funny is that commerical!?

Now I am rambling. :P I hope everyone has a good day! Perhaps it will be more eventful than mine has been so far!

What the french toast? :[

First of all, anything I say in this post should be taken lightly. :] They are merely a few of the many Meagan is extremely pissed off moments that happen on a daily basis in my life. :] This week just happens to be extra special [sweeeeet!!]...oh I'll cut the crap, I have a severe case of PMS. And since nothing is going my way this week, it just happens to be oh I don't know, about ten million times worse than normal, and normal is about ten shades away from being hell on Earth, soooooooo.

Okay, I don't know how many people keep up on football...however, I am basically a hardcore fan. So someone please tell me why all my teams keep losing? Okay, the Oklahoma State Cowboys never do well, so that is a given [love y'all but it is the truth]...but the Steelers? C'mon y'all, after last season I was SURE this one would be outstanding. A new coach, a fresh start [love you Bill Cowher, mwaz! You'll always be my boyeeeeeee :D], c'mon. Okay, I know y'all are doing well, and the game against the Cardinals was bogus [too long to get in to], so it isn't fair of me to say the Steelers are doing bad, they are actually doing quite well, and playing quite well, last weekend was just a fluke. We are going to kick some Seahawk butt this Sunday. :]

Anyway, I support the Gators because my husband is from Florida and no, he didn't become a Gators fan when they won the National Championship, which leads me to my next Meagan is extremely pissed off moment of the Gators losing as well. I am sorry LSU, but I really, seriously, truly do not like y'all. Sure everyone deserves their shot, but damn it Les Miles you screwed us [Ok State] over. Jerk. And if LSU goes to a National Championship, I will jump off a cliff...really. No, not really. But I will be sad. :[ So someone, anyone, just beat them. Pretty please?

And my last rant. Oklahoma State...y'all. :*[ Ugh, how many times in the past few years has A&M beat us? Too freaking many. We were doing awesome the first half of this game. We were playing well, moving the ball...for God's sake, we scored off of an 89 yard drive in six plays [I think]. Regardless, we were doing very well. And what happens? Traditional Cowboy style...we come out in the second half and choke. Urgh. I know Zach Robinson was injured, but that isn't an excuse. Bobby Reid should have stepped up to the plate. We should have won that game. We went into the half leading 17-0. No excuse.

Well, I am going to bed. :[

Democratic nomination?

So, for all of you out there who are going to vote for a Democrat in the next election for the sole purpose of "ending the war in Iraq" (not even the SOLE purpose, but one of the reasons) and "bringing peace back to the world" don't get your hopes up. It really makes me mad that people are affiliated with one party because they think we need to end the war in Iraq. Regardless of if we really need to or not, the point is, is that it is not going to happen. Everyone knows, including Democrats that if we just cut and run...it is going to be worse than it is now. I am not going to say we have destroyed their country...because we have done many great things over there...and yes, I know many many people that have served a tour, or two in Iraq...no I am not in the ARMY but I have been around the ARMY my entire life...I am married to a soldier and every man in my family has served or is in the ARMY, and my sister is in the ARMY...so before anyone gets their panties in a bunch, I will finish. First...we need to pick a freaking side. We can't one day be supportive of this group of people, and the next day help this group, etc. We can't just go over there and try to change a country's way of being (sure we can try but I don't think it is working all that greatly! :])...especially if they don't want our help...and especially if they don't want to change (yes, there are people over there who do want to change and I realize this, but there are more people who are impervious to this whole situation). We can't go over there and force our way of life on them. I am also not saying that this war should not have happened, but eventually I really think it would have. However, I think that we should have gone about it in a different way. We should have gone in there with some sort of an exit stratedy. But before anyone wants to jump the gun and criticize our President, lets keep in mind that no war has occurred (that I can think of, someone please correct me if I am wrong I welcome constructive critism) where it didn't benefit us to be a part of it...one of the reasons we are a super power is because of this. Think about it, why would we be apart of something that wasn't to our benefit? It's the truth. Not neccessarily something that I agree with, but maybe that is why I am not the leader of a country. Anyway, the reason I began writing this in the first place, is because the Democrats just failed to pass a bill that would bring most troops home in nine months. And the Senate can come up with whatever excuses they want as to why they didn't pass it, but the point is that they didn't pass it. Even an attempt to pass it would have been different than them voting against it. So I think instead of so and so lying and saying they are going to end the war in Iraq and blablabla...lets be realistic, instead of running partially on the basis of ending it...lets get someone who is serious about fixing the problem. Here is a quote from an article on Yahoo news I read today..."The House is going to devote its full attention to providing health care to children, promoting energy independence to improve America's security, reducing global warming, and responsibly redeploying U.S. forces in Iraq." So, where does that say they are going to try and end the war in Iraq? Ahh yes, it doesn't. Face it people, Hilary nor Obama (God help us if either is elected) is going to end the war...they know as well as everyone else that it is not something that can just be terminated at the drop of a hat. I just remember the Democrats saying it is time for change, and time for them to take control of the House, and blablablablablablablablablablabla (times infinite), lets face it, they haven't done anything that they said they were going to do (again, please correct me if I am wrong). So, the point? There really isn't one, regardless of who is in "control" nothing is ever going to be perfect...or even close to it. I am not saying I agree with everything Georgey boy has done, believe me there are many things I disagree with, but he is our President, and I am an American, and it is part of my duty to support my country and its President Democrat (ahh), or Republican. And no one for one second think I do not support what our men and women are doing over there...I am more than grateful to them, and proud of what they are doing. And that is that...

Temptation!

Ha! Not like you are thinking, however, I am thinking about getting my hair cut today, it really needs just a trim. It is getting so long. It is the longest it has been since geez I think 3rd grade!? I am at the point though, where I don't want to touch it [clarification: if it is long, I want it really long, if I am going to cut, I want it really short]. I have been trying to grow it out for a while, and when my hair dresser cut it too short...:oO it scared me. I have trust issues with my hair, lol. Anyway, this is a tough decision. I think I am going to leave it alone though. It looks nice long. Maybe I will just cut a few layers. The only thing I do not like about it being long, is that it seems more hair falls out then when it is short. I lose a lot of hair in the shower, when I brush it, etc., and now it just seems like there is more [because it is so long I am assuming]. Oh well...we'll see. :]

Teething babies. Yikes.

So, the babies have been "teething" for a while now. BUT you can actually see and feel their two little front teeth! So cute. I feel so bad though...there is nothing you can do to console them sometimes. I feel sooooo bad when they cry because their gums are sore. The face they make when you put the Orajel on their gums is priceless. I am not sure what is foul tasting in it [and I am not willing to try it myself], however, it seems to help with the pain. I can't wait until their teeth actually come in fully! :D They will be so adorable and they won't be in as much pain.

The babies tried green beans again tonight, ha! That didn't go over too well, they ate it, but again the faces...too funny. I should have recorded it, lol. To be prepared I bought them a Nuby feeder for the green beans because they don't really like them as much and it is more difficult for them to spit the food out with the feeding cup. :] They love sweet potatoes and bananas, and Cheyenne really likes peas...lol, go figure. I can feed them all of those with a spoon though, and they are doing awesome getting the hang of it. :] YES for those of you who are thinking my babies are too young for me to have started them on food [they started about 2 weeks before they turned 4 months] they were consuming more than 32 ounces of formula a day...plus cereal...so, it was time...and they are doing very well with the food.

They are also trying to sit up...it is so cute, they look like they are doing crunches! :] Callie is much more successful at her attempts, and can kind of sit up leaning forward if she sits between my legs...Cheyenne is less interested. But they are switching objects from hand to hand...not sure if it is intentional...but hey, they are doing it! I still have to physically place most of the objects in their hands though...they are grabbing at stuff...but they haven't quite gotten the concept of it yet. Ugh, they are growing sooo fast, it is amazing. They'll be a year before I know it. :[

Grey's Anatomy tonight...was very good btw. I still think Callie is pregnant...even though she didn't tell George. And I really hope George doesn't make the mistake of leaving her for Izzie. Urgh. :P We'll have to see next week. And Meredith please!! Okay, Derek would be the perfect guy [in real life], what is wrong with you!?

Just a quick note...

I hate hundred calorie packs...y'all know, the Oreo hundred calorie packs, the Cheese Itz hundred calorie packs...etc., they are such a tease. By the time you are done with one pack, you eat another, and then another...and then you have eaten the whole damn box and consumed just as many calories as you would have if you had made the decision to just eat the freaking chips in the first place. :[ Boo. They suck. I am eating them btw, to try and lose my last pounds of baby weight, ha, looks like it isn't going to work! :] Lesson, just eat the chips.

Mmmkay.

Obviously there are certain posts directed at people [well, not neccessarily directed AT anyone, there are certain situations that spark my anger that deal with certain people but are everyday issues for many I suppose] that will never contain names...just yours truly venting that is all. Anyway, what is up with these women who try and trap men with pregnancies? I feel so sorry for these men that get in these situations, and I am not saying that the men are entirely innocent in the entire ordeal, however, if a man chooses to leave a woman that he has a child with, is he really a criminal? And what if a man gets a woman pregnant that tried the "Trap em' hook em' card before" on someone else? Poor guy, seriously. But women, face it, this isn't the 50's, men are not obligated to marry you if you get pregnant and that is something that women just have to realize. Now if a man marries you and it works and you guys love each other, seriously that is awesome in my opinion. It saves the child from a world of hurt.

This brings me to my next topic...women who pawn other men off as the "father" of their child when he is not really the father. Do y'all NOT watch Lifetime? No I am kidding about the Lifetime thing, but seriously, eventually the truth comes out. Either the real father finally takes the mother to court, or the child figures out on their own, or the mother is finally consumed by guilt for doing something wrong, or the truth comes out on its own. Maybe the man being pawned off as "daddy" finally realizes that the situation is wrong and gets the balls to say something, or maybe someone involved actually has a heart. Seriously though, children need a stable mother and father in their lives, regardless of how pissed off the mother is at the real father. There is nothing garunteeing that the relationship between the mother and the man being passed off as their father will work, and then when the mother moves on to her next relationship and introduces this new man as "daddy" who suffers here? Is it really worth it to "get back" at someone and hurt your alls child at the same time? Lets face it, the issue is not about you and the father any longer, it is about the beautiful child that you and that child's father created. Why do so many women do this to their children? I know many many people that have grown up thinking someone else was their father, and then find out the truth and it kills them. And the person blamed is usually the mother, because honestly, it is usually her fault, at least from what I have witnessed. And some situations are that the father ran off, but even if that is the case, mothers should just tell their children the truth. And if you are embarrassed of the real truth, such as, "Well your real father broke my heart so I decided to not let him see you," then chances are...you shouldn't be doing it.

Hey, just my opinion. :\ Anyway, I feel like a blimp...so I really need to get off this thing and go exercise. Actually, I may just take the babies for a walk around the three mile track, they love the outdoors. :]

xo

Babies! :]

So, today Cheyenne rolled from her belly to her back, and from her back to her belly. :] I am so excited! She has been pushing with her legs and has been trying to roll over but she never got it until today. Callie can roll from her belly to her back but not the other way around, and she still isn't pushing with her legs [when you place her on a hard surface]. Lol, it is almost like she is saying, "No thanks, I'd rather sit". :P They are so goofy. :] But they are doing so well with milestones. Also, I got on the scale holding Callie and if it is correct she weighs about fourteen pounds now, lol. She is such a chubby little thing. Cheyenne is a little or twelve. Callie is built like Danny, and Cheyenne is built like my twin and I, just skinny. Callie laughed the other day, and I am still trying to get it on camera...no such luck. Anyway, just a quick update! :]

Preview week...:]

So, where will I start? Grey's Anatomy...a lot better than I thought it would be considering the circumstances. Anywho, my predictions for next week are as follows:

-Meredith is going to catch "McDreamy" with her sister. Shocker!

-Callie is going to tell George that she is pregnant when he comes to tell her that he wants a divorce, damn that Izzie! Breaking up people's marriages...tisk tisk!

-And I am not sure about anything else at the momento. :]

Desperate Housewives...great start to a seemingly GREAT season! I am still trying to figure this one out. I know somehow everyone is going to find out that Bree is keeping Danielle's pregnancy secret...perhaps the baby may come out mixed [my sister's prediction]? Danielle was sleeping with two different people, a white boy and a black boy...so, who knows?

I wasn't impressed with CSI: Miami. Same ole' same ole', but it was still awesome. :]

And last but not least [I think] was Brother and Sisters. :] Oh man is that a good show. Quite possibly up there on my favorites list. :] Everyone who hasn't seen it, should definitely watch it. Definitely a great, great show. It comes on Sundays @ 9:00 central standard time. :] Just watch one episode, you'll be hooked!!

And I guess I could add a finale in here! Rock of Love with Bret Michaels...how excited was I that Jes won? Very!!

I know it seems like I have a ton of free time for tv, lol. I TiVO everything, and sat down one day when the girls are taking a nap and watch all of my episodes. :D Just wanted to clarify, lol.

...to be continued. :D
